Review Guidelines

• Privacy: Do not include personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, or other sensitive details.
• Accuracy: Make sure your review reflects a truthful and accurate account of your experience. Avoid false or misleading statements.
• Respect: Refrain from using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language.
• Relevance: Keep reviews focused on your actual experience with the specific shipment. Do not post reviews about shipments made by friends, family, or business partners.
• Timeliness: Submit reviews within 30 days of the completed shipment. Waiting too long may affect your ability to recall important details.

Review Curation by My Animal Transport

If a review does not follow these guidelines, it may be subject to moderation. Possible actions include:

• Rebuttal: Drivers may post a rebuttal in response to a review. This gives them the chance to share their perspective and clarify details. Rebuttals must also follow the same review guidelines.
• Dispute: If a driver disputes the accuracy of a review, our support team will open an investigation. During this time, the review may be temporarily hidden until the issue is resolved.
• Removal: In rare cases, when content is inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of our policies, My Animal Transport reserves the right to remove the review or parts of it.

Our goal is to preserve genuine feedback while ensuring reviews remain accurate, respectful, and within policy.

Reviews for Canceled Shipments

Canceled shipments can still be reviewed as long as a real interaction took place between the shipper and driver. These reviews allow customers to see how drivers handle communication, professionalism, and reliability even if the shipment did not move forward.
